Or Monday if not. Berman, Nanette. 1935 – 2010. Passed away unexpectedly way too soon August 19, 2010. Nanette was born in Brooklyn, NY, to Harry and Gertrude Persky, on Nov. 9, 1935. Nanette was raised in Forest Hills, NY. She graduated from Forest Hills High School in 1953. She loved to cook, entertain and most of all be with her family. Nanette is survived by her husband of 56 years, Rush Berman; her 5 children Scott (Brenda), Keith (Michelle), Adam (Leah), Wayne (Tracy), and Wendy (Tim). She had 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and 3 brothers, Irwin (Bunny), Neal (Sandy), and Robert. Nanette was a former district manager for Avon and served that company for 25 years.
