Richard Rosett Richard L. Rosett ROSETT, Richard L. Born December 6, 1942, Richard passed away in Los Angeles, California on April 19, 2008 at the age of 65 after succumbing to cancer. He is survived by Sharon Rosett his loving wife of 41 years, children Ilene Tucker, Michael Rosett and four grandchildren, Rachael, Joshua, Nadav and Eliana. Richard began his career as an attorney with Santa Fe Railroad after graduating from Hastings Law School in 1969. He continued in private practice specializing in railroad related cases. Richard practiced law for 39 years with compassion and dedication. Following in the footsteps of his father Clif Rosett, Richard served as President of Valley Cities Jewish Community Center. He went on to serve as President of the Greater Los Angeles Jewish Community Centers. Richard was responsible for spearheading the revitalization of the Jewish Centers and was a constant advocate for the Jewish community through his deeds and actions. He is a loved husband, father, son, grandfather, uncle, brother and friend of many. He will be remembered in our hearts forever. Donations may be made in memory of Richard Rosett to the American Cancer Society and Zimmer Children's Museum. |
